tayoḥ karma tadeveṣṭaṃ vātike yanmadātyaye/
tau hi prakṣīṇadehasya jāyete durbalasya vai//
For them, that very procedure is desired which is used in intoxication syndrome from vāta; / for those two arise in a person whose body is wasted and weak.
