sa cedevamupakrāntaḥ śopho na praśamaṃ vrajet/
tasyopanāhaiḥ pakvasya pāṭanaṃ hitamucyate//
If a swelling thus treated does not subside, / opening it after it is ripened with poultices is said to be beneficial.
