nāḍīvraṇāḥ pakvaśothāstathā kṣatagudodaram/
antaḥśalyāśca ye &śophāḥ pāṭyāste tadvidhāśca ye//
Sinus wounds, suppurated swellings, and likewise an abdomen ruptured by injury or perforation, / and those swellings containing an internal foreign body: those, and whatever are of that kind, are to be incised.
