6.26.100

tridoṣaje laṅghanamāditaḥ syādannaṃ ca sarveṣu hitaṃ vidheyam/
hīnātimadhyatvamavekṣya caiva kāryaṃ trayāṇāmapi karma śastam//

In that born of all three doṣas, fasting should be done from the start, and food beneficial in all of them should be prescribed; / and considering the mildness, excess, or moderate nature [of the doṣas], / the commended action for all three should be carried out.
