syāt pippalīsarṣaparāḍhaveśmadhūmaiḥ sagomūtraguḍaiśca vartiḥ/
śyāmāphalālābukapippalīnāṃ nāḍyā 'athavā tat pradhamettu cūrṇam//
There may be a suppository made of pippalī, mustard, coriander, and chimney-soot, with cow's urine and jaggery; / or one may blow that powder of śyāmā, fruits, bottle-gourd, and pippalī with a tube.
