karṇākṣināsikājihvātālvāsyagalaroganut/
māyūramitivikhyātamūrdhvajatrugadāpaham//
iti māyūraghṛtam/
etenaiva kaṣāyeṇa ghṛtaprasthaṃ vipācayet/
caturguṇena payasā kalkairebhiśca kārṣikaiḥ//

and cures diseases of the ears, eyes, nose, tongue, palate, mouth, and throat; / famed as māyūraghṛta, it cures diseases above the clavicle. / Thus ends māyūraghṛta. / With this very decoction, he should cook a prastha of ghee / with four times as much milk and karṣa-measures of these pastes:
