tvakpatraśarkarākalkaḥ supiṣṭastaṇḍulāmbunā/
kāryo 'avapīḍaḥ sarpiśca nasyaṃ tasyānu paittike//
A paste of cinnamon bark, cinnamon leaf, and sugar, finely ground with rice water, / should be made into nasal drops (avapīḍa); and following that, ghee as nasal drops in a pittaja condition.
