kaphaje sveditaṃ dhūmanasyapradhamanādibhiḥ/
śuddhaṃ pralepapānānnaiḥ kaphaghnaiḥ samupācaret//
In [headache] born of kapha, one should manage [the patient] who has been fomented, / purified by smoke, nasal medication, insufflation, and the like, with poultices, drinks, and foods that pacify kapha.
