guḍe purāṇe dviguṇe kvathite guṭikāḥ kṛtāḥ/
karkandhumātrāḥ saptāhaṃ sthitā muṣkakabhasmani//

boiled with double the quantity of aged jaggery, made into pills / the size of a jujube fruit, and kept for seven days in muṣkaka ash;
