bhojyāni ca yathādoṣaṃ kuryāt snehāṃśca pūraṇān/
hiṅgutumbaruśuṇṭhībhistailaṃ tu sārṣapaṃ pacet//

And one should prepare foods according to the doṣa, and unctuous substances for filling [the ear]. / One should cook mustard oil with asafoetida, tumbaru, and dry ginger;
