sannipāte tu sarvaiḥ syādbahirakṣṇoḥ pralepanam/
&pakṣmāṇyaspṛśyatā kāryaṃ saṃpakve tvañjanaṃ tryahāt//
In a sannipāta condition, however, there should be an external application over the eyes using all [these drugs], / applied without touching the eyelashes; and when it has fully matured, collyrium [should be applied] after three days.
