pṛthaṅmalāḥ svaiḥ kupitā nidānaiḥ sarve 'athavā kopamupetya bastau/
mūtrasya mārgaṃ paripīḍayanti yadā tadā mūtrayatīha kṛcchrāt//
The morbid humors, aggravated individually by their own causes or all together entering into aggravation in the bladder, / compress the passage of urine; then one passes urine with difficulty.
