basteḥ saliṅgasya gurutvaśothau mūtraṃ sapicchaṃ kaphamūtrakṛcche/
sarvāṇi rūpāṇi tu sannipātādbhavanti tat kṛcchratamaṃ hi kṛcchram//
Heaviness and swelling of the bladder and penis, and slimy urine in kapha dysuria; / but all the symptoms occur in sannipāta: that indeed is the most difficult to cure of the dysurias.
