sasevanīmehanabastiśūlaṃ viśīrṇadhāraṃ ca karoti mūtram/
mṛdgāti meḍhraṃ sa tu vedanārto muhuḥ śakṛnmuñcati mehate ca//
It causes pain in the perineal raphe, penis, and bladder, and makes the stream of urine scattered; / distressed with pain, he squeezes the penis, and repeatedly passes stool and urinates.
