(reto 'abhighātābhihatasya puṃsaḥ pravartate yasya tu mūtrakṛcchram/
syādvedanā vaṅkṣaṇabastimeḍhre tasyātiśūlaṃ vṛṣaṇātivṛtte//
When dysuria arises in a man injured by an injury to semen, / there is pain in the groin, bladder, and penis, and extreme pain in the scrotum when exceedingly displaced.
