śukraṃ malāścaiva pṛthak pṛthagvā mūtrāśayasthāḥ prativārayanti/
tadvyāhataṃ mehanabastiśūlaṃ mūtraṃ saśukraṃ kurute vibaddham//
Semen and the morbid humors, separately or together, situated in the urinary bladder, hold [it] back; / obstructed by them, the urine causes pain in the penis and bladder, mixed with semen and detained.
