pītvā 'atha madyaṃ nigadaṃ rathena hayena vā śīghrajavena yāyāt/
taiḥ śarkarā pracyavate 'aśmarī tu śāmyenna cecchalyaviduddharettām//

Then, having drunk unadulterated wine, one should ride swiftly in a chariot or on a horse; / by these means gravel descends; if the calculus does not subside, however, a surgical specialist should extract it.
