mātrāṃ palaṃ cārdhapalaṃ picuṃ vā prayojayenmākṣikasaṃprayuktām/
śvāse sakāse tvatha pāṇḍuroge halīmake hṛdgrahaṇīpradoṣe//
One should administer a dose of a pala, half a pala, or a picu, combined with honey, / in dyspnea, in cough, and also in jaundice, halīmaka, and impairment of the heart and grahaṇī.
