kaśerukāśaivalaśṛṅgaveraprapauṇḍarīkaṃ madhukaṃ bisasya/
granthiśca sarpiḥ payasā pacettaiḥ kṣaudrānvitaṃ pittahṛdāmayaghnam//
Kaśeruka, śaivala, ginger, prapauṇḍarīka, liquorice, and lotus-root / node—with these one should cook ghee with milk; / combined with honey, it destroys pitta heart disease.
