mahāsarasi gambhīre pūrṇe 'ambu stimitaṃ yathā/
tiṣṭhati sthiramakṣobhyaṃ tadvadūrugataḥ kaphaḥ//
Just as in a vast, deep lake full of water the water remains calm, / motionless, and unshakeable, so does kapha lodged in the thighs.
