piṣṭvā vipācayet sarpirvātarogaharaṃ param/
balābilvaśṛte kṣīre ghṛtamaṇḍaṃ vipācayet//

having ground these, one should cook ghee; it is supreme in dispelling wind disorders. / In milk boiled with balā and bilva, one should cook ghee scum;
