jalāḍhakaśate paktvā daśabhāgasthite rase/
dadhimastvikṣuniryāsaśuktaistailāḍhakaṃ samaiḥ//
boiled in one hundred āḍhakas of water, and when reduced to a tenth part of the decoction, / [one should take] an āḍhaka of oil along with equal parts of curd whey, sugarcane juice, and fermented vinegar,
