pittaṃ vā darśayelliṅgaṃ bastibhistau vinirharet/
śleṣmaṇā 'anugataṃ vātamuṣṇairgomūtrasaṃyutaiḥ//

or when pitta shows its symptoms [there], one should eliminate both of them with enemata. / Wind followed by phlegm [one should eliminate] with hot [enemata] combined with cow's urine;
