svedābhyaṅgarasakṣīrasnehā māṃsāvṛte hitāḥ//
In āmavāta, one should employ [treatment] that destroys urinary anomalies, wind, and fat. / Sudations, unction, meat juice, milk, and fats are beneficial when it is obstructed by muscle tissue.
