6.28.66

āḍhyavāta iti jñeyaḥ sa kṛcchro medasā++āvṛtaḥ/
sparśamasthnā++āvṛte tūṣṇaṃ pīḍanaṃ cābhinandati//

is to be known as āḍhyavāta; it is difficult [to cure] when enveloped by fat. / When enveloped by bone, however, the patient welcomes hot touch and pressure;
