tailaṃ saṃkucite 'abhyaṅgo māṣasaindhavasādhitam/
bāhuśīrṣagate nasyaṃ pānaṃ caittarabhaktikam//

when contracted, massage with oil prepared with black gram and rock salt; / when it has gone to the arms and head, nasal drops and a post-prandial draught [of unctuous substance];
