śophagauravakaṇḍvādyairyukte tvasmin kaphottare/
mūtrakṣārasurāpakvaṃ vṛtamabhyañjane hitam//
When this [disease] is accompanied by swelling, heaviness, itching, and so forth, with a predominance of kapha, / ghee cooked with cow's urine, alkali, and surā wine is beneficial for inunction.
