uttānamatha gambhīraṃ dvividhaṃ tat pracakṣate/
tvaṅmāṃsāśrayamuttānaṃ gambhīraṃ tvantarāśrayam//
They declare it to be of two kinds: superficial and deep. / The superficial resides in the skin and flesh, while the deep resides internally.
