paktvā mātrā tataḥ kṣīratriguṇā 'adhyardhaśarkarā/
khajena mathitā peyā vātarakte tridoṣaje//

in proper measure; then, churned with a churning stick / with three times as much milk and one and a half parts of sugar, it should be drunk in gout born of all three doṣas.
