6.29.89

bastivaṃkṣaṇapārśvoruparvāsthijaṭharārtiṣu/
udāvarte ca śasyante nirūhāḥ sānuvāsanāḥ//

In pain of the urinary bladder, groin, flanks, thighs, joints, bones, and abdomen, / and in upward movement of wind, non-unctuous enemas accompanied by unctuous enemas are praised.
