The Compendium of Caraka 6.3.181

6.3.181

sṛṣṭaviṭ paittiko vā 'atha śītāṃ madhuyutāṃ pibet/
peyāṃ vā raktaśālīnāṃ pārśvabastiśiroruji//

If his bowels are loose or he is of paittika constitution, he should then drink it cold, mixed with honey.
Or, when there is pain in the flanks, bladder, and head, a drink of red śāli
