6.3.20

&sṛṣṭvā lalāṭe cakṣurvai dagdhvā tānasurān prabhuḥ/
bālaṃ krodhāgnisantaptamasṛjat satranāśanam//
&`spṛṣṭvā' iti pā-.
tato yajñaḥ sa vidhvasto vyathitāśca divaukasaḥ/
dāhavyathāparītāśca bhrāntā bhūtagaṇā diśaḥ//

creating an eye on his forehead and burning those asuras, the Lord / produced a child inflamed with the fire of wrath, the destroyer of the sacrifice. / Then that sacrifice was devastated, and the celestials were agitated, / and overcome with burning pain, the throngs of creatures wandered in all directions.
