pittaśleṣmaharastveṣa kaṣāyo hyānulomikaḥ/
trivṛtāśarkarāyuktaḥ pittaśleṣmajvarāpahaḥ//
this decoction removes pitta and śleṣman and directs the humors downward;
combined with trivṛt and sugar, it removes fever of pitta and śleṣman.
