pippalīmustamṛdvīkācandanotpalanāgaraiḥ/
kalkīkṛtaiśca vipacedghṛtaṃ jīrṇajvarāpaham//
and with a paste made of pippalī, musta, mṛdvīkā, sandalwood, utpala, and dry ginger,
one should cook ghee that dispels chronic fever.
