6.30.104

madhunā kiṇvacūrṇaṃ vā dadyādacaraṇāpaham/
srotasāṃ śodhanaṃ kaṇḍūkledaśophaharaṃ ca tat//

or yeast powder with honey, one should apply to destroy acaraṇā; / and that clears the channels and removes itching, moistness, and swelling.
