jalenāmalakībījaṃ kalkaṃ vā sasitāmadhum/
madhunā++āmalakāccūrṇaṃ rasaṃ vā &lehayecca tām//

or āmalakī seeds with water, or paste [thereof] with sugar and honey; / or one should make her lick powder or juice of āmalaka with honey;
