tvaggatasyoṣmaṇo rodhācchītakṛccānyathā 'aguroḥ/
chardighnī makṣikāviṣṭhā makṣikaiva tu vāmayet//

by blocking the heat situated in the skin, and otherwise [a plaster] of aguru causes cold; / fly excrement cures vomiting, while a fly itself causes vomiting.
