pittalānāṃ tu yonīnāṃ sekābhyaṅgapicukriyāḥ/
śītāḥ pittaharāḥ kāryāḥ snehanārthaṃ ghṛtāni ca//
For pitta-afflicted vaginas, however, procedures of irrigation, inunction, and tampons / should be cooling and pitta-pacifying, and ghees should be used for the purpose of oleation.
