pippalyayorajaḥ pathyāprayogā madhunā hitāḥ//
Or one should perform it with triphalā juice combined with buttermilk, cow's urine, and vinegar. / Administrations of long pepper, iron powder, and chebulic myrobalan with honey are beneficial.
