sapta cchidrāṇi śirasi dve cādhaḥ, sādhyamūrdhvagam/
yāpyaṃ tvadhogaṃ, mārgau tu dvāvasādhyaṃ prapadyate//

There are seven openings in the head and two below; that moving upward is curable,
that moving downward is manageable, but that which takes both paths is incurable.
