āmānvaye pittagulme sāme vā kaphavātike/
yavāgūbhiḥ khaḍairyūṣaiḥ saṃdhukṣyo 'agnirvilaṅghite//
When a paittika lump is accompanied by āma, or when one of kapha and vāta is accompanied by āma,
after fasting, the fire is to be kindled with gruels, khaḍas, and soups.
