savyoṣakṣāralavaṇaṃ daśamūlīśṛtaṃ ghṛtam/
kaphagulmaṃ jayatyāśu sahiṅgubiḍadāḍimam//
iti daśamūlīghṛtam/
bhallātakānāṃ dvipalaṃ pañcamūlaṃ palonmitam/
sādhyaṃ vidārīgandhādyamāpothya salilāḍhake//

Ghee cooked with the Daśamūla, along with the three pungents, alkali, and salt,
together with asafoetida, biḍa salt, and pomegranate, quickly conquers a kapha lump.
Thus [ends] Daśamūlīghṛta.
Two palas of bhallātaka and the pañcamūla measured at a pala,
crushed with the vidārīgandhā group, are to be cooked in an āḍhaka of water.
