6.5.146

etadbhallātakaghṛtaṃ kaphagulmaharaṃ param/
plīhapāṇḍvāmayaśvāsagrahaṇīrogakāsanut//
iti bhallātakādyaṃ ghṛtam/
pippalīpippalīmūlacavyacitrakanāgaraiḥ/
palikaiḥ sayavakṣārairghṛtaprasthaṃ vipācayet//

This Bhallātaka-ghṛta is supreme in removing a kapha lump;
it eliminates spleen disease, anemia, dyspnea, disorders of the duodenum, and cough.
Thus [ends] Bhallātakādya-ghṛta.
With a pala each of pippalī, pippalī-root, cavya, citraka, and dry ginger,
along with barley-ash, one should cook a prastha of ghee
