6.5.151

kaphavātavibandheṣu kuṣṭhaplīhodareṣu ca/
prayojyo miśrakaḥ sneho yoniśūleṣu cādhikam//
iti miśrakaḥ snehaḥ/
yaduktaṃ vātagulmaghnaṃ sraṃsanaṃ nīlinīghṛtam/
dviguṇaṃ tadvirekārthaṃ prayojyaṃ kaphagulminām//

In obstructions of kapha and vāta, and in skin diseases, spleen disease, and abdominal enlargement,
Miśraka unctuous substance should be employed, and especially in pain of the female genital tract.
Thus [ends] Miśraka unctuous substance.
The laxative Nīlinī-ghṛta which was mentioned as destroying a vāta lump
should be employed doubled for the purpose of purgation in those with a kapha lump.
