nimittaliṅgānyupalabhya gulme dvidoṣaje doṣabalābalaṃ ca/
vyāmiśraliṅgānaparāṃstu gulmāṃstrīnādiśedauṣadhakalpanārtham//
Recognizing the causes and symptoms in a two-humor lump and the strength and weakness of the humors,
one should diagnose three other lumps with mixed symptoms for the purpose of formulating medication.
