raudhirasya tu gulmasya garbhakālavyatikrame/
snigdhāsvinnaśarīrāyai dadyāt snehavirecanam//
In a blood lump, however, once the term of gestation has passed, / for a woman whose body has been unctuated and fomented, one should give an unctuous purgative.
