snehapānaṃ hitaṃ gulme viśeṣeṇordhvanābhije/
pakvāśayagate bastirubhayaṃ jaṭharāśraye//

Drinking unctuous substances is beneficial in an abdominal lump, especially one arising above the navel;
an enema in one located in the colon; both in one resting in the stomach.
