snigdhoṣṇenodite gulme paittike sraṃsanaṃ hitam/
rūkṣoṣṇena tu saṃbhūte sarpiḥ praśamanaṃ param//
In a pitta-born lump that has arisen from unctuous and hot things, mild purgation is beneficial;
but when it has arisen from dry and hot things, ghee is the supreme pacifier.
