6.5.50

sotkleśā cāruciryasya sa gulmī vamanopagaḥ/
uṣṇairevopacaryaśca kṛte vamanalaṅghane//

And there is nausea and aversion to food, that patient with an abdominal lump is fit for emesis.
And once emesis and fasting have been performed, he should be treated with hot things alone.
