sthānādapasṛtaṃ jñātvā kaphagulmaṃ virecanaiḥ//
The patient with a kapha-lump should drink at the proper time ghee prepared with alkali and pungents.
Knowing the kapha-lump to have moved from its place, he should cleanse it with purgatives
